We currently have both male and female clinicians accepting new clients. For those clinicians who are not available at the moment, we offer a wait list to ensure you can connect with the right professional when a spot opens up.

Expected Behaviour Policy for Clients
At Psi Balance Psychology, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for our team, clients, and visitors. To help maintain a positive space for everyone, we expect all clients and accompanying individuals to behave in a way that upholds the dignity, safety, and wellbeing of others.
The therapeutic relationship is built on mutual respect and trust. To protect both our team and our clients, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the following behaviours:

Speaking in a rude, disrespectful or dismissive manner

Use of offensive language, verbal abuse, swearing, or psychological abuse

Remarks that are racist, sexist, discriminatory, or personally derogatory

Threatening, aggressive, or intimidating gestures or actions

Invasion of personal space

Physical assault or attempted physical contact

Sexual harassment or sexual assault

Refusal to follow practice policies, procedures, or relevant legal requirements

Loud, intrusive conversation or disruptive noise, including loud mobile device use

Talking on mobile phones in the waiting area or during appointments
-
Damage to, or theft of, practice property or belongings of others
-
Behaviour that could risk harm to others, including reckless or unsafe actions
-
Inappropriate behaviour involving alcohol or substance misuse
-
Smoking or consuming alcohol on the premises
-
Posting about staff or the practice on social media in a harmful or defamatory way
-
Taking photos or videos of the practice, staff, or other clients without permission
Where any of the above behaviours occur, Psi Balance Psychology reserves the right to discontinue services and request that the individual leave the premises. If a staff member feels unsafe or threatened, police may be contacted.
A client who engages in any of the listed behaviours may be removed from our client list, and the therapeutic relationship may be formally ended.
