Anxiety and Stress
Experiencing stress and anxiety is extremely common. Whilst many individuals will recover without the need for intervention, for some, anxiety can be overwhelming and impossible to cope with alone. Our clinicians regularly work with individuals with diagnosed anxiety disorders such as Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Work/Study-related stress, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and specific phobias. We utilise a number of evidence-supported interventions for anxiety and stress, including mindfulness, interpersonal therapy, lifestyle adjustment, applied relaxation and social skills training.
