With over 14 years of experience as a registered psychologist, Chiara is committed to supporting adults through the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and depression. She utilises a compassionate, evidence-based approach, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) – two scientifically validated modalities that help clients process distressing experiences, regain emotional balance, and develop resilience.

In addition to CBT and EMDR, she integrates a range of experiential and solution-focused therapies, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. She also incorporates sand-tray therapy, tailoring each approach to suit the unique needs of her clients.

Chiara has worked with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds, including members of the Queensland Police Service (QPS), ensuring her care is inclusive, personalised, and sensitive to each client’s experiences. She provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions and challenges.

Whether helping clients process trauma, manage chronic anxiety, or navigate deep-rooted depression, Chiara offers practical tools and strategies to foster resilience and support personal growth.

Beyond her therapeutic work, she is a board-approved supervisor, mentoring and guiding other psychologists in their professional development.
