With over 14 years of experience as a generally registered psychologist, Chiara is committed to supporting adults through the complexities of trauma, anxiety, and depression. Utilising a compassionate, evidence-based approach with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) - two scientifically validated therapeutic modalities known for their effectiveness in helping clients regain emotional balance and control.
Chiara also incorporates other experiential and solution-focused therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and sand-tray therapy, to create a tailored approach that meets each client’s unique needs.

Throughout her career, Chiara has worked with individuals from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds, ensuring that her care is personalised and inclusive. She offers a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to openly discuss their emotions and experiences.
